The Benicia Community Action Council has years of experience helping those experiencing homelessness. Through our Transition to Independence Program (T.I.P.) we help people struggling with homelessness achieve self-sufficiency.
Through case management T.I.P connects clients with resources and services to help them achieve independence. Our house in Fairfield is fully furnished and serves as a safe space to refuge while clients focus on their development.
